Apart from any residential developments, we are specifically interested in the following types of properties:
System Gastronomy:

 

​Following the model of McDonald's, Burger King, KFC, etc.

Retail Units:

  • Minimum 75 sqm up to 500 sqm

  • City center location, transition between shopping/tourism and public transport, near train stations, airports

  • More than 40k pedestrian frequency

  • Rent max. €25k per month

Freestanding Retail:

  • Commercial plots minimum 1,500 sqm to 5,000 sqm

  • Direct access to main roads with more than 20k AADT (Average Annual Daily Traffic)

  • 50k residents within 10 minutes (100k within 20 minutes)

Freestanding on Highway:

  • Commercial plots minimum 1,500 sqm to 5,000 sqm

  • Highway with more than 40k AADT

  • Population in the vicinity

Student Housing:
  • Residential plots, mixed-use plots, or existing buildings

  • Minimum 5,000 sqm GFA up to approx. 11,000 sqm GFA

  • Central university proximity or very good public transport connections

Worker Apartments:
  • Commercial plots or existing buildings

  • Minimum 5,000 sqm GFA up to 7,000 sqm GFA and approx. 750 sqm to 1,500 sqm parking area

  • Central highway and traffic connections

Service Apartments:
  • Commercial plots

  • Min. 4.000 qm BGF bis ca. 7.000 qm BGF

  • Central location, public transport connections

  • Deviating requirements Possible, individual consideration necessary
